Dress this stunning classic vintage design up or down to suit your mood. It is the perfect business casual dress. This captivating style is crafted with a form-hugging bodice, fitted waist and short sleeves. We have added fullness to the gorgeous flared swing skirt by creating pleats that rise from the waist.
The unique folded neckline is the stand-out feature and the look is finished with buttons down the front and a matching belt. For ease of wearing, we have placed a hidden zipper at the back.
